Aquee products, sold in India & abroad, are warranted against any defect in manufacturing or faulty workmanship for the period mentioned below beginning from the date of purchase.
Warranty includes repairing of defective product/part and does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear & tear, abnormal use, abuse, neglect or accident.
Cartidge:- The bathroom & kitchen faucet work smoothly even at high temperatures (85 degrees) and in various pressure condition (0.5 – 5 bar).
Cartidge is responsible for controlling water supply.
The cartidge spindle of faucet tap is made up of brass to avoid breakage.
Chrome :- Upper shiny protection of chrome provides mirror finish.
High plating thickness range Nickel 10 micron & 0.3 micron chrome finish leads to non – wear & tear in design and shape of aquee faucet.

Battery for sensor faucets – Nil
For surface color issues (black, white, gold etc.) and surface galvanic issues (chrome plating, nickel plating, gold plating etc.) the warranty term shall in any case be restricted to 1 year.
This warranty is confined to first purchaser of the product only.

Upon receiving your order confirmation and, in the case of prepaid orders, the payment, the Products will be shipped. Refund Policy
Upon initiating your refund, share your official email address and bank account details with us, upon request through email or other communication. After providing the necessary details, you’ll receive a refund initiation confirmation, and the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 5 working days of us receiving the required information. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will not be provided in cash and the amount will be transferred electronically to your bank account, the details of which will be requested in the aforementioned manner.
