Badhusha, also known as Balushahi in some regions, is a delectable and traditional sweet treat that holds a special place in Indian cuisine. The fried Badhusha is then immersed in a sugar syrup infused with cardamom, saffron, or rose water, imparting a fragrant and sweet coating to the pastry.
