In the event of loss or damage during delivery due to a fault of Swecha’s Angadi or the logistics partner, we will make every effort to collaborate with you and the carrier to recover your shipment or replace the damaged product.
Refund Policy
Upon initiating your refund, share your official email address and bank account details with us, upon request through email or other communication. After providing the necessary details, you’ll receive a refund initiation confirmation, and the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 5 working days of us receiving the required information. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will not be provided in cash and the amount will be transferred electronically to your bank account, the details of which will be requested in the aforementioned manner.
